Physician Bio

Dr. Grove is a solo practitioner, providing care at The Grove Center for Chiropractic & Wellness Inc. in Vienna-Tyson’s Corner, VA. 

Dr. Grove is certified by the Virginia Board of Medicine and is also a board certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1995.

Dr. Grove utilizes the Active Release Techniques® (ART) soft tissue approach extensively in her practice. She was the second doctor in Virginia to receive this certification when she began offering ART in 1999. She also provides care utilizing numerous other soft tissue techniques, sports performance/biomechanics evaluations, nutrition counseling, and a variety of chiropractic adjustment techniques.

Dr. Grove has been involved in providing care for a variety of athletes, including but not limited to triathletes, runners, cyclists, and tennis players. She has provided injury/preventive treatment and finish line triage at 12 Ironman triathlons, including the Kona, Hawaii Ironman World Championship race. Dr Grove was selected to lead the ART team at Ironman Florida from 2005-2008 and has taught Biomechanics for ART.

Locally, she has provided ART and chiropractic services for the Columbia Triathlon, Marine Corps Marathon, National Half/Full Marathon, and ITU World Triathlon. Dr. Grove is also a long term sponsor and advocate for the Evolution Cycling Team. She is a member of the Vienna-Tyson’s Regional Chamber of Commerce where she served as a Board Member. Professional memberships include; Virginia Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, ACA Chiropractic Sports Council, and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).
